Hi Ricardo & Nancy,
Thanks to your great Power Pak, I was able to prepare for the Hawaii State exam in a very organized and managed process. I studied about a chapter a day including the chapter test. As tempted as I was to cram it all in in a few days, I intentionally waited and let the information really sink in. After completing all the chapters and taking all the tests, I went on line for the assessment testing. Those are quite intense, timed exercises you can really learn from. I managed to score 79% and actually did not pass the assessment two other times. Being able to print out the tests was great, you can go back and study them in detail.

Well, after about a month of studying I applied for the exam at Pearson Vue in San Diego. I took the Hawaii State Exam portion only on the morning of Feb. 15, and PASSED. What a relief to pass the first time! You also had guided me through the process of getting the PreLicensing Education Equivalency Certificate and Equivalency to Uniform Section of Examination Certificate. I have sent in the Application for License-Real Estate and am happily waiting for my Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson License! Thanks for the great program! Don (San Diego, CA)

Thank you so much for the great prep for the salesperson test!! I was so scared when I walked in to take the test and after I got thru it, I thought it was way too easy!! I was the first one out even after reviewing all my answers. All that panic for nothing. I was waiting in line next to a woman who was on her third try to pass the state section and when I left I thought you should have taken Rick's class! Hi Rick,
Marsha and Lee here. We are both Colorado Real Estate Brokers. We purchased and used your Power Pak self study course to prepare for the Hawaiian Real Estate Broker exam in February. At your suggestion, we worked with your exams while in Lahaina from early morning to late night for eight days straight and then took the test. We both passed on the first try, but were surprised how difficult and tricky the questions were. Dear Mr. Seiler,
I have studied and worked very hard this past year to pass this course. It was not easy, doing it in between taking care of a family and ailing father, but I am sure I have learned more than what most real estate agents probably know. I think I know more than my husband, who has been practicing real estate for years. Your course is very thorough. I am also grateful for the times I have not passed the module tests the first time, because it enabled me to re-study and learn the second time around. I think what I have learned is going to stick with me a lot longer than if I had taken a quicker course, memorize all for the test, only to forget most of it after the test. I have studied hard and your course has enabled me to learn it. I would recommend your course to those who are interested in having a thorough knowledge of Hawaii real estate.

Well, I passed my test. Thanks for getting the certificate to me so quickly, I got it Wednesday and took my exam on Saturday. I found your course challenging. I did have to do my studying in between nap times...I have two in diapers...which is why your course was also ideal for me. The material prepared me for the test well, I felt that your quizzes actually demanded more from us than the book or state exam. Well now I have to find a job. Thanks again for having a service like yours available for at home moms.

Your Power Pak contained all the information I needed to pass the difficult Hawaii portion of the Broker Exam. Instead of locking myself inside the room for studying for the Broker test, now I can enjoy walking along the Waikiki beach and watching a beautiful scenery of sunset. Thank you again, Rick! Hi Rick, I took my broker test yesterday (Hawaii portion only) and passed, so I would like to thank you very much for your course. It was great that I did not have to go to school, but , thanks to you, was able to do my own home study and get prepared. So, thank you very much again, and ,I do not know if you have your own record of how many of your students pass a test on a first time (I think you should, a lot of schools in CA do that), but I am glad to be the one to increase this percentage.
